Closing for Essential Training

Each year, we are sent several dates when all local GP Surgeries must close for the afternoon for "Protected Learning Time". 

These training afternoons give us an opportunity to come together as a practice, as a Primary Care Network (with other East Grinstead Surgeries) or as a Neighbourhood (with other surgeries in Mid Sussex), to share ideas and make improvements. 

Some recent Training Afternoons have covered:

• Resuscitation and Emergency Procedures (Internal Training)
• Learning Disability Training, Long Term Conditions, and Triage Tools (with Modality Mid Sussex)
• Information Governance (Internal Training)
• Dementia Awareness Training (Internal Training)
