Messages sent through the NHS App
All messages from the Surgery will initially be sent to the NHS app. If you don't view the notification within 24 hours or if you don't have the NHS app, the message will then be sent via SMS.
Conditions to receive these messages:
- You have the NHS app installed on your phone.
- You have notifications switched on.
What happens if these requirements aren't met?
