Weekly Volunteer Calls
The Stroke Association's Here for You service offers weekly 30 minute telephone conversations with a trained volunteer.
Depending on your needs, there are two types of volunteer available:
- A Lived Experience Volunteer - somebody who has been there. They have either had a stroke, or care for someone who has.
- A Connect and Chat volunteer - somebody who can have a social chat with you about your hobbies and interests. Things that matter to you.
You can read more about the Here For You Weekly Call Service on the Information Leaflet.
