What does a Recall Administrator do?
Our Recall team focus on Proactive Care, predominantly Long Term Condition (LTC) Management. They work to ensure patients with long term conditions such as Asthma, Diabetes, COPD etc. are invited for their Annual Review, complete with the appropriate tests and investigations in a timely and effective manner.
At Moatfield we have developed our "Complex Care" System to ensure patients with multiple conditions are treated as effectively as possible, this is also managed by our Recall Team.
We are pioneers in Group Clinics, this model allows us to review more patients at a time, and allows the patients to learn from each other and share experiences.
Our Recall Administrators act as Facillitators in our group clinics, getting patients settled and starting the groups by gathering questions for the clinician.
Facillitators are responsible for inviting patients, getting the groups started, and supporting the clinician throughout the group clinic.
