Community Nurses
The District Nursing Service is provided by OneCall. District Nurses visit patients who are confined to their home and require nursing care.
Patients can be referred by the surgery, or by the hospital if nursing care is needed on discharge or by self-referral. The Community Nurses can be contacted via OneCall on 01293 228311.
