Mr David Lattimer
Business Manager

The Moatfield Partners see their Business Manager as a leader, working with vision to enable the Practice to meet its agreed aims and objectives and drive transformation; mindful of our ideals to provide high quality care that is also profitable and efficient. David joined in February 2019, and has built up a range of experience in the NHS, most recently as a Business Manager at a large surgery in Tunbridge Wells.

 

Mr Michael Bebbington
Operations Manager

Michael is our Operations Manager and manages all operational and HR aspects of the practice. Michael has a particular focus on our Patient Services and Workflow Teams, along with key HR / Operational processes such as our complaints process, patient engagement, team building and staff management. 

 

Mr Ryan Buckley-Older
Patient Services Manager    

Ryan oversees our Patient Services Team. The team are here to act as the first point of contact for patients, and generally deal with appointment bookings, prescriptions, test results and general enquiries. We have an excellent team of fully trained Patient Services Advisors. They have a difficult job to do, with phone calls and enquiries from every direction. In order to direct people to the most appopriate care or advice, they may need to ask a few details. They have been trained to make these enquiries to judge the urgency of any medical matter and for us to help you in the most appropriate way. Any information will always be treated in confidence.

 

Miss Stevii Searle
Workflow Manager

Stevii oversees our Workflow & Secretarial team. The team deals with outgoing referrals to other organisations, as well as incoming letters and correspondence. They process a huge volume of clincal documentation and their work is vital to ensuring care is received swiftly, and information is recorded accurately and effectively to aid the ongoing care of our patients. 

 

Miss Emily Bennett
IT & Data Manager

Emily oversees our IT & Data functions at Moatfield. In order to treat our patients, we rely heavily on Information Technology in various forms. At Moatfield we try to ensure we remain at the cutting edge when it comes to our use of technology. We also pride ourselves on a robust and innovative use of data to enhance our clinical care.  Emily is intergral to maximising the potential of IT at the surgery, as well as ensuring our systems continue to run smoothly at all times. 

 

Mrs Paige Edwards
Systems Manager

Paige acts as our Systems Lead. This role primarly focusses on our 'proactive care', which predominantly consists of Long Term Conditions (LTC) management. At Moatfield we have worked extensively to ensure our patients are invited in for their treatment in a timely and effective manner, and we have developed a 'Complex Care' system to ensure patients with multiple conditions are treated as efficiently as possible. We are also pioneers when it comes to Group Consultations, which have been warmly received by our patients. Paige is here to oversee our 'Care Co-ordination', meaning she ensures that all of the systems are in place to maintain and improve upon our Long Term Conditions processes.       

 

Ms Laura Ireland
NAHPS Manager

Laura joined Moatfield in 2003. As our NAHPs Manager, Laura provides leadership to the Nursing and Allied Health Team and coordinates improved ways of offering longterm clinical reviews and routine care such as cervical sampling, wound care and immunisations, offering a combination of face to face and remote appointments to help with patient choice. Laura leads on Infection control at Moatfield.
